Ho there, ArcFans!

Hope you're all well, and looking forward to getting your ArcWorlde parcels soon! Packing is going really well, and almost all of your parcels will be shipped by the end of this week.

Kickstarter Special Dice

One of the other little surprises is that some of you will be receiving special Kickstarter-exclusive dice colours in your boxes! When manufacturing the dice our supplier had a few different colours available to make up the huge numbers we needed for the campaign:

These special designs will only be available for this Kickstarter, and we will go back to the regular colours when the range hits retail later this year. 

Well, I better get back to packing. I can't wait to hear what you think about the models, and I'm so excited for them to turn up at your door.

Packing Starts next week!

Ho there, ArcFans!

I come with excellent news - every component of the Kickstarter has now been completed and delivered, and packing begins next week. Exciting stuff!

Next week my mum will be hard at work boxing all of the Duel of the Dead boxes together, and then I will be making my trip up north to Warp HQ on the 24th of June to start assembling the parcels and taking them to the post office. Everyone on team Warp has been working incredibly hard to get everything ready for you, and I'm extremely grateful for all of their hard work. 

A big thank you to my Dad (Rob), my mum (Dawn), my fiancée (Wing), my metal caster Jon, the dice manufacturers at Trade Dice and the box printers at Print Co for their help with the project.

March Update

Ho there, ArcFans!

Hope all is well. Just thought I'd give you an update on how the project is progressing!

As mentioned in December, all of the miniatures for the campaign have been sculpted and our casters, Rob (my dad) and Jon, have been hard at work making all of your models over the past few months. My dad in particular has been working day and night on all of the resin casts, and has been doing an incredible job in hand-casting the thousands of models required. 

As they are highly skilled craftsmen I wanted to give them as much time as possible to get everything cast. Because of the success of the Kickstarter, and us getting a lot more support than I had hoped, it is looking likely that we need a little more time to make sure everything is ready. 

To give my dad and Jon a bit more time to get everything perfect, I would like to give an updated delivery estimate of June. I would very much like to thank you all for your patience with this project - Duel of the Dead had a fantastic response from the community and I can't wait for you all to get the miniatures in your hands. I promise the wait will be worth it.

As for the other elements of the project, things are progressing very much on schedule. The first draft of the Duel of the Dead campaign supplement is finished, and work is well under way on the printing of the fancy boxes for the set. It's taken a little longer than expected, as I've been keen to have them manufactured in the UK, but I am pleased to be working with a company based in Nottingham on them and can't wait to show you them when they arrive.

Hope you're well, and have had a fantastic Christmas. This is just a wee reminder that the pledge manager for this campaign closes on the 31st of December! If you'd like to get your pledge shipped with the rest of the backers, please be sure to fill it out before then.

If you've already filled it out, but would like to add some more of the new minis, you can edit your pledge until the 31st. Please note that your pledges will be LOCKED after then, and any edits won't be available.

If you've yet to receive the email from BackerKit, please leave a comment and I'll send them to you individually.

All Miniatures Sculpted!

I hope you're all well, and enjoying the festive period. I'm very happy to announce that the final few miniatures for the project are sculpted and now ready to go to the casters, my dad Rob who makes our fantastic resin casts, and Jon who creates our magnificent metal miniatures.

Bringing the Art to Life

To get you all excited, here are photos of the sculpts. Alan of White Dragon Miniatures has done a fantastic job of making these cast-ready prints, and once I've done a little hand sculpting on them they'll be on their way to my Dad for mould making:

If you'd like to add any of these to your pledge, the pledge manager is still open! It closes on the 31st of December 2023, so if you'd like to have your pledge shipped with the rest of the project be sure to get it in before that deadline.
